Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and is one of the founding partners. She is an accredited specialist of Resolution and an accredited member of the Law Society Family Panel. Specialist areas include high value and/or complex financial settlements and complex disputes over contact to children following relationship breakdown.

As a qualified family mediator, Jane offers mediation to divorce or separating couples helping them come to an amicable arrangement in respect of all issues regarding family matters for example, finances and/or children. She is also one of a few solicitors in the country currently trained as a collaborative lawyer.

Paulena Panayiotou

Paulena qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and is one of the founding partners and an experienced family practitioner. She is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel specialising in care work and represents either the child(ren), parents and/or family in disputes concerning residence and care with the Local Authority/Social Services.
